Maenad Rite is a tiny piece created for the Neo-Twiny Jam, the BRG IF Jam, and the Nouvim3000.
Using the theme of Initiation from the latter, the story is actually based on a scene from an old TTRPG session, which included the character of Razac from Crimson Rose & White Lily. I'd previously tried to re-work that scene into a piece, but never managed to make something that did it justice.
Many things have changed since: the scene is still set in The Trinity, though the room is much bigger and moodier; of the characters present, only Razac stayed, now unnamed; and the vibes and tones are more atmospheric and darker.
