The Trials and Tribulations of Edward Harcourt is an ongoing lovecraftian horror interactive story, and a collaborative effort between writer MelS and myself.
The demo was first submitted to the 2022 Edition of the EctoComp, in its Grand Guignol sub-category for work that took over 4h to create. It placed 3rd, and was also nominated for Outstanding Horror Game and Outstanding Game of the Year at the 2022 IFDB Awards. MelS too was nominated in the Outstanding Debut of 2022 for his part.

What really enhanced the horror atmosphere, were without a shadow of a doubt, the visuals. The chosen color palette, the journal... The creepy and helpful journal... *shudder*

A compelling story with Lovecraftian elements to boot. The writing is good and the premises intriguing. All in all, it leaves you with the need to dig deeper to unravel those mysteries.
